Great experience with the closing of our first home. Ryan was fantastic! He made the whole process very seamless. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Explained everything in great detail and took time to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

I have worked with this law firm for several years now. They have done many closings for my clients as well as for me personally. They have always provided amazing service and been very responsive to any need from me or my clients. They have even worked to get things pushed through when a lender sent a file late and worked after hours to make sure it was done on time. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team!

Closed on my house. Right of rescission time passed. THE FIRM NEVER DISPERSED THE FUNDS!!!! Getting answers has been horrible. The firm was recommended by my loan officer and I regret using them. Right now, they care collecting interest on MY MONEY with no way to force them into paying the different creditors. 0 stars if they would allow. I have sent a complaint to the NC Bar association.

If I could give no star I would. I was helping my elderly parents downsize and sell a property that they have owned for over 20 years. My parents used a different closing company but the buyers decided to use Shoaf. So many problems but here is just one example. My parents were unable physically to attend the closing. Shoaf doesn't wire money so my parents were sent their check for the sell of the property 2 days late and by a courier that did not even require a signature and just left the check envelope on the doorstep. Also it was not a certified check and if my parent's bank was not affiliated with the bank on the check they would have had to wait 10 days till cleared for funds to be available.

Service was superb! Tiffany was our real estate closing paralegal and was so quick and professional. Very pleasant demeanor at all times and answered every question we had in a timely manner. Ryan was amazing explaining every document and my clients and I enjoyed our quick closing! Thanks Shoaf Law! I hope to work with you again!
