Mr Norris worked diligently through a very challenging case. It should’ve been cut and dry but the dealership that committed fraud is owned by probably the shadiest, most disrespectful person I’ve ever met and truly exemplifies the bad rep used car dealerships sometimes get. Through all of the nastiness portrayed by said dealership owner, Mr Norris continued to push through our case and ended it with a fair settlement and reimbursement for my wife and I. Attorney Mat Norris actually informed me of my rights as a consumer, and provided me with options I didn’t know I had. Once I gave Matt Norris my decision, he walked me through everything that was going to happen. Matt answered any questions I had over the next few months that it took for my case to be done and reach a settlement with GMC. It was worth the wait!
