I love everything about this place. One stop shop for health and wellness. Cant believe I am just now discovering it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, extra clean facilities, abundance of amenities, and flexible hours. 5 stars!!

Do not like the way they handled covid and membership holds. I was a member for years and enjoyed going. When I became pregnant during covid I expressed my hesitation returning. They kindly put my account on hold. However, after being contacted that I would only be on hold for a short time longer, I stated(and they sent me all the documents of our interactions including this one) that I would want to cancel. I received an email on Dec 27 and was charged Jan 1. This to me was sneaky and unfair given the last interaction I had. I did not unfortunately check my email over winter holiday and saw it once I was already charged. I spoke to them and was charged again in February. They reimbursed me for that thankfully but not January. It has been such a head ache just trying to cut ties with this place and I don’t feel valued as a member at all. It’s clearly all about the money for them. Too bad for what I thought was once a great club and enjoyed the trainers.

This is hands down a great facility for kids and adults. We have departed post COVID but that’s a personal issue and not related to the quality of the people or the place. It’s certainly the best in north Raleigh if not the triangle area.

I used to love the place but a few days ago when I went here to ask a few questions and look around... Some people did not wear a mask... Not my favorite for now with Covid-19

Clean facility, amazing staff. Really love the classes and can’t wait for the Cafe to be fully opened again!
