The lanes and environment are great. The service was some of the worst I've experienced and it was basically every interaction with every person there. Twice I was told that they would bring out a new ball for me and never followed through. This was a slow night in terms of Lane usage, but our order of two buckets of beer took 30 minutes from giving them our card and receiving it, after following up with the bar twice. This cost 20 dollars and I left a 4 dollar tip (generous considering the atrocious service). They added 10 dollars to it when I checked my credit card. Basically theft there. We paid for two games and halfway through our second game our lanes shut off. I went up to get them turned on and that gentleman told me we didn't pay for what we did and needed to pay for more. After a frustrating exchange since we paid by the game they turned it back on for us.nnThere were 12 of us across three lanes. All of us felt like it was the worst service we've every experienced at a bowling alley, perhaps at any service business in general. What a waste of what could otherwise be a great atmosphere. Do better.
First time here, had to request a manager after 20 minutes because bartender(no name tag) but he was male with lovely curly hair, he kept ignoring us after we ask for help more than once. Requested the assistance of another bartender she never returned but did get the manager who was very quick to assist, thank you John.
Disgusting refund policy. Agreement states nothing about the entire amount being non refundable only the reservation fee is non refundable. Negative stars should be an option
Low rating due to alot of employees sitting around talking and not assisting customers. There was one person taking food orders, she was very nice. We stood in line 15 minutes to order food; it took another 50 minutes to get our food. I called the manager whole waiting; he was polite and said he will talk to the other manager and is looking into it. Very unhappy with how this place is ran. PS. My philly steam was not good and the bread was rock hard. On a good note my fries were good and hot. My husbands burger was delicious, but his tater tots were gross.
On the day of the party we arrived and my child’s name wasn’t on the birthday board. I pulled up my reservation email to show the Event assistant and told her she was the one that booked my party. So they rushed to get everything ready as my guest started arriving. It was very unorganized and the party pizza was awful (literally a whole pizza & a half went to the trash). We barely seen the host.One of the workers wouldn’t let us get the bowling shoes without the host being there, so we had to wait until she came back to check on us. Even though our experience, we still gave the host a decent cash tip and paid our remaining balance of the party. After paying, she gives us the receipt and they charged gratuity without even telling us. Overall the place is nice inside but I wouldn’t recommend booking a party with them.
