Recent sale of our home. Buyer chose this firm. We see many good reviews for other legal services, however, our experience as a seller was far from stellar for real estate closing.

I was specifically told at my closing that my HOA fees would be covered through the end of the year. I even asked again to make sure I was hearing her correctly. I logged in on my HOA website for the first time this month to get everything set up for next year and noticed an outstanding balance. As someone who has never paid a bill late this was very upsetting. Not to mention the $350 of un budgeted expenses and a $20 late fee. I made the mistake of trusting what they told me instead of checking for myself. Don’t make the same mistake I did trusting their word.

I love this office and try to use them with every closing we have. Tracy Hahn and Nicole Pope are some of the best paralegals I have ever worked with. They are quick to respond and are very detail oriented so you know the transaction was handled properly and nothing was missed! I would recommend them to anyone!

Simply put, Hinson Faulk is the best law firm I've ever used. They are honest, and they give great advice. Mark Hinson is my lawyer at the firm, and its refreshing to work with him. I've had multiple cases where he won and his follow up is incredible after the fact. I will always use Hinson Faulk for all my legal services needs.
