This is a great new business in the Charlotte-Matthews, NC area. The trainers and staff are all top notch professionals. They are all well versed on how to work with clients of all ages, experience and fitness levels. The workouts are always different, fun, exciting, and challenging. The facility is nearly hospital-grade clean and they put a lot of effort into keeping it that way for the safety of everyone. Regardless of your fitness goals or if you are just looking for a very non-intimidating, family-friendly workout environment, ISI Elite Training - Matthews is well worth the visit. You won't be disappointed.

This new business in Matthews is awesome! The trainers are all top notch, high energy, trained professionals. The facility is immaculately clean and they work very hard to keep it that way. The equipment is all brand new and in great conditions. The training sessions themselves are fun and different every day with a variety of trainers leading them. The training sessions are scheduled at times that are convenient for everyone. Come check it out. You won't be disappointed.

This is the BEST gym! When you go in there you will feel right at home. All shapes and sizes and we cheer each other on. I was so nervous on my first day and it was all for nothing. Your a team when you walk in those doors. I’m a mom and super busy and I love all the time slots available. My daughter will tell you that she loves the kids room. I love that I can see her on the video and if she needs something she goes right to the desk. She loves the staff and even tells them what movie she wants to watch! If your looking for a gym this is the place!!!

I’ve been going here 3 weeks and the workouts are the best! I’m already so much stronger than when i started. The trainers always give us a new workout, challenging us enough to make each workout worth it! The trainers are super accessible and motivating; they watch form and take extra time to help you if you’re struggling. The whole community is awesome and we all support each other.
