Very pleased with my experience at Direct Automotive while purchasing a Jayco travel trailer. Chris was very upfront during the whole buying process and made things very easy. David did a great job with the walk-through and the installation of the weight distribution hitch. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.
I only gave them one star because I had to select something! This place is terrible. Communication is bad! Getting service done is bad! I have had my Jaco since 9/28/20 and come to find out they did not even register the rv in my name with Jaco. Repair person Dave told Jaco he does not even know how to fix my warranty problems with the AC. I was not told my issues involved bringing the unit in. Instead 7 months later, I find this out through Jaco. There are other dealers.....you should use them.

They were GREAT! From the sales per Del to the owner to the finance guy, all were very friendly and helpful. They also Worked very hard to get the me good deal on the go icing. I would definitely recommend them.
