We bought our first Jayco from here and let me tell you the process was smooth as it gets. Although another review stated they didn't go out to the trailer with you I view this as an advantage, they gave you the space you needed and time to discuss pros and cons alone rather than hovering over your every step. When we had questions Greg was available to help. Ultimately, after discussing with Greg and Richard they were able to help get me into the dream trailer my wife wanted. I would rank higher than 5 stars if I could. I felt as if my families future memories were their top priority rather than just moving trailers off the lot.

Wonderful experience! Mitch worked with me over the phone to get the price I wanted before I committed to making the 5.5hr drive to purchase the 5th wheel. Paperwork went smoothly and I was out in 2 hours. I highly recommend purchasing a Jayco from Jayco Carolinas.

Just started looking at a RV and we stopped at Jayco Carolina Direct Automotive and we were blown away. The selection and there service department was so clean and the people were so easy to talk to. So we Bought one on the spot. We can’t wait to use it later this month on vacation. Awesome place.
