Frank is a top notch technician and always takes great care of my car. The prices are very reasonable and you get Honda certified parts which is win-win. They now offer a video estimate via text message of what repairs your car needs and it couldn't be an easier process. I am a Honda of Indian Trail customer for life. I have just received more outstanding service from Frank and the service department of Honda of Indian Trail. They will take great care of your car for a very competitive price and are the nicest people. I give Honda of Indian Trail my highest recommendation.

Excellent and great customer service, they were very attentive and collaborative with their clients. They showed me a video on what they had to do to the car, and they sent me a list with the price in a text message which I felt was very convenient. What an excellent way to show the things that need to be fixed! And the car rental was amazing! They let me use a car of this year for $40 for day! I loved it! I will definitely come back again for another service.

I don’t know why people bag on dealer service centers. With a great service advisor- Gina Smith , who is customer (not commission) driven , I pay less than any independent or chain quotes with after market parts. I get genuine Honda parts , fixed promptly and correct . All inspections and repairs are filmed. Your repair is documented on car fax Why would you go anywhere else?

Frank in the service department is always so nice, friendly and helpful.nI have been doing business with Frank for quite sometime. I generally request him since he knows us so well and is so great! They got me in for an oil change and 2 recalls. They finished sooner than they originally told me which was wonderful! I love the new texts showing them checking your vehicle and going over it with you.
