They should definitely advertise more because it took a while to find the site, probably because of the search criteria I started with, but once I did they were great to deal with throughout the entire process. This was a car for my son, finding something with good miles and a reasonable price was tasking but once I found it with CarLotz, everything came together quickly. The whole process was seamless. Dean was professional, the prices were good, no back and forth, no additional costs when it’s time to close, you knew the final cost before agreeing to anything. They’re in a great spot in the used car market and would absolutely recommend them to friends/family.

Dean Lyon was amazing! He helped us buy our first car. He made our experience less stressful and fun. He even stayed with us until 9pm so we could get the best financing for the car. Great guy, great employee. Definitely should get a bonus and a raise.

Julian was amazing! I was looking to trade in my car but didn’t think it was possible. I was offered a great amount and a new car to get into that I love. Julian made the process so easy and gave the best advice/direction as far as financing etc. He was so patient through any troubles we had. Definitely give him a visit. You won’t regret it !

This was probably the easiest sale of an automobile that I have ever made in my life. My sales representative was Ryan Hamilton. He welcomed my wife and me as soon as we walked in the door, and he immediately took us out to look at the vehicle we were interested in. He was honest, friendly, and knew everything about the vehicle that we needed to know. He got through the paperwork easily, and we completed the sale in about an hour.
