I purchased a Toyota Celica from this place about a year ago. First and foremost, vehicles sold in NC must pass a NC State Vehicle Inspection and this car could not based on tires and brake lamps being out. Deciding that these were small fixes, I bought it anyway. Almost immediately after I got the car, the clutch went out. Followed by the fuel pump. Then a whole plethora of switches. Then the distributor. It would have been nice to have at least known about these potential issues when I first started dealing with this place. My advice is to not deal with this place. If there is any issue with any of their vehicles for sale, they won't tell you and you may end up having to spend the cost of the car keeping what you bought on the road.nEdit: apparently the owner remembers in detail a transaction that took place 3 years ago. As a mechanic of over 10 years experience AND a certified North Carolina State Inspector Mechanic, I can say that his response is completely false. And the car is not still running. I sold it for scrap days after posting this review.

Have brought a car through Franklin, the car had a couple little things go wrong with it and Ethad was only happy to help us out. If you like a stand up guy to buy from I would recommend these chaps to you. I would look to purchase off them again in the future.

I just purchased my VW cc 2014 sport and the car runs perfect and great experience and was so easy to buy over here.the owner is really friendly. The cars are great And the owner is willing to personally work with you to deal with any issue. I gladly recommend it to anyone

Great professionals and honest people. Bought a car from them last summer and negotiations could not have been easier. Ed was super nice, friendly and open to discuss. Since then I brought my car back a couple times and they fixed all my problems really quick and really well. They know what they do and the customer service is awesome. I highly recommend them if you need to buy a used car or you need your car to get fixed.
