We bought a car from here. Fully paid cash up front and I asked them about the history and the current condition of the car and they said everything was fine and the car had never been wrecked. Within a week we found a hole in the AC line and the steering wheel was shaking rapidly. Within a 20 day period from driving it off the lot we found the wheel baron was shattered the Motor mount was cracked the car needed a tune up and was leaking oil. Within 4 months the car was found to have a crack in the engine block. The current value of what needs to be fixed is upwards of 5,000$ and we’ve already replaced the alternator. I would highly recommend going somewhere else

Please, please, please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. My wife and I bought a car from them, after ignoring the bad reviews. After three weeks, it is undrivable as it simply leaks every bit of oil from the headgasket area in a matter of hours. Volkswagen of South Charlotte asked us to see if they would take the car back, or see if they would swap the vehicle out for what we paid, and let us another new car. It was clear to them the car had been leaking for well longer than 3 weeks, and really needed a $5000 new motor. When I got in touch with the owner of the dealership, he told us it was our fault, and he refused to take it back since VW touched it, and we had been abusing it for all of three weeks. From hearing around South Charlotte, I made a huge mistake by buying from these guys as their reputation for selling nice looking problem cars cheap, proceeds them. I'm begging the person reading this to reconsider this before buying from these guys. This is awful......

I wish I researched this place before spending all money on a car from this dispicable man.In less than 6 months my car broke down on the highway with my 7 month old baby. Got it towed to the mechanics not only was the transmission a salvage transmission ..they didn't screw the bolts on properly!
