I so enjoyed my virtual yoga session with Amber. She communicated with me prior to our meeting so that she could personalize a practice for me, I really appreciated her attention to detail and the quality of her instruction. Would recommend to anyone from beginners to advanced yoga students.
If there were 6 stars to give, I would give them! I participated in Amber's week-long yoga and cultural immersion retreat in Southern Italy this year, and it exceeded my already high expectations. Amber's teaching is expert, and she has so much knowledge about yoga, ayurveda, and health in general that she is able to meet each student where they are and bring them to a deeper understanding of the practice. She and her team planned an amazing and fun retreat for the group, held us all together, and modeled an open, generous, and healthy way of being. So so happy I took the risk. LOVE!!!
Just had the good fortune to attend Amber's Wellness, Wisdom, and Yoga Immersion weekend in Boone, NC! She focused on wellness of the mind and body through yoga practice coupled with workshops on Ayurveda, building resilience, and cognitive restructuring. Amber shared her deep knowledge of the physical and spiritual body with caring and enthusiasm.nnThe serene beauty of the mountains at The Art of Living Retreat Center was a perfect setting in which to soak it all in. I left refreshed and inspired to integrate what I learned into my day to day life. Thank you so much, Amber! I am forever grateful to have met you and hope our paths cross again!
I took part in the yoga retreat to Southern Italy that Amber offered. Wow! Every aspect was beyond my expectations! Her skills with people kept us so happy, not to mention the amazing places, food and experiences. She is an amazing Yoga teacher, customizing our practice to the needs of the group. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say, if you ever thought of taking a traveling yoga experience, watch out for what Amber offers...you will be won’t regret it!
Amber is such an amazing soul. Her wealth of wisdom, her breadth of knowledge of yoga and her spirit enable you to really grasp the concepts she is providing during her workshop.
