I canceled our membership in February. They failed to cancel my daughter's account and as a result, they kept charging us. We caught it last month. The manager won't talk to me and they 800 number has been very frustrating. Make sure to check behind this group closely.
I often can't sleep and I am able to go there and burn off excess energy. Always clean and I appreciate the variety of equipment. Staff and members are always polite and nobody monopolizes the equipment. Low key, which allows me to focus on my workout. I enjoy watching ESPN while I am on the treadmill.
I went here on a one day trial (they stopped doing 3 day trials during covid) and it had everything you may need. Free weights, lots if ellipticals, machines, locker room and showers, vending machine with good options .. I believe Brittany helped me and she (along with the rest of the staff) was helpful and cool.
Almost no one wearing a mask. Otherwise nice and clean.
