We had an outstanding experience with Jennifer! She was not only accommodating to us on very short notice but, she was kind and knowledgeable, too! We have had our car serviced previously at other dealerships but will drive 30 minutes to Brevard from now on. Thank you so much!
Bought a 2018 Jeep from a different dealer on Feb 15th and within two weeks had issues with the ABS light, etc. Turns out the wheels speed sensor needing replacing. Not only could this have been an extremely frustrating experience, but it could've also been an expensive one. Jennifer and the team at Egolf made this process so smooth and so efficient. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming, especially for a city boy new to the south. The service warranty was so recent on the car that it hadn't been activated so Jennifer let me drive away without paying for diagnostics while I sorted the warranty info. SO NICE.nnBy luck of the draw I ended up driving the 45min to Egolf when I easily could've gone to a dealer in Asheville. Zero regrets. 10/10!

I recently took my Jeep Cherokee Limited 2015 to Egolf Brevard Chrysler to have my GPS radio repaired. As it turned out, it was necessary to completely replace the radio. Jennifer and Justin, Service Department, worked tirelessly to research the warranty coverage and get it ordered in a timely manner. The GPS radio was completely covered under the extended warranty and was absolutely no charge to me. During the 2-3 weeks it took to get the radio, both Jennifer and Justin kept me up to date with amazing professionalism. When the radio was installed, Juan patiently worked with me to get all the controls updated on the new radio. Words cannot express the feeling of family concern and community that you feel when you walk into this business for both employees and clients. Thanks to all for a job so well done that I will be returning there to purchase a new car in the future and for all my service needs with my current car! Susie Fisher
