Brandon was super helpful with a part replacement! He kindly gave me the earliest appointment available and then placed me in an earlier spot that became vacant. He kept me informed about computer diagnostics and identified part to be ordered and timeline for car repair to be completed. He called several times to update me and explain the problem and process. He could not have been more caring, competent, and professional.nBrandon made our first experience at Egolf very positive!

Selena was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. She worked hard to smooth out every bump and we would not hesitate to return. If you haven’t checked in a while, things at this dealership have vastly improved.
