I will return again when I won't be harassed for not wearing a mask walking 15 feet through the lobby. I understand the employees are doing what they're instructed to do, but the mandate states that you are not to question why someone isn't wearing a mask. I am a black card member who eagerly awaited the reopen of the gyms, and I was happy when gyms opened WITHOUT Cooper's approval.nAlso, if you're going to get on to loyal members for not wearing a mask IN THE LOBBY then perhaps make sure you're wearing yours properly first.nI can very easily go down the street to Golds where they don't hassle anyone. Good day.
Today I signed up for a membership and the staff were really nice. I tanned and used the hydro massage chair for my first time and it was a nice experience. Be back tomorrow to use the other parts of the gym and tan.
I love working out at Planet Fitness, because this location seems to consistently keep equipment clean, and has very friendly staff. Adam is the most personably employee, and makes me look forward to working out. He always remembers my name, as well as many other customer's names. I often see him go out of his way to make people feel welcome.
This is my favorite Planet fitness so far!! We move around a lot with my husband's work. Adams upbeat personality, clean, and not packed in this gym, as well as newer equipment. Highly recommend!!
I’ve had a membership here for a WHILE. I have a mask and wear it. I had it off for a minute in my own space, nobody near me and an employee walked by, said nothing. Another went out of his way to tell me I have to wear it at all times. Which is fine. Until I look around and see half of the people in there have it down below their mouths. Pretty unprofessional
