Always very helpful and friendly.. The only thing I don't like is having to have an appointment... I know why because of Covid but that doesn't mean I have to like it.... If you have a problem they will fix it and walk you through it step by step... I bank there an plan on staying for many more years to come...
If it were not for Jennifer Dillman, I would not have gone with First Horizon for a personal account and large savings; but instead i most likely would have gone with a second account at Wells Fargo. I already used them for my business account.nnI met Mrs. Dillman when I wanted to volunteer my time to Habitat for Humanity. She too was a volunteer in her free time. And she was my first point of contact. And such a delight to spend time with while taking part in preparations for charity events in the King area in 2019.nnWhen I had the need to transfer my funds from an online bank, Ally, I thought of her 1st. And reached out and she made it so easy by scheduling a time to go through drive up. With Covid going on.nnSuch a positive experience each time with Mrs. Dillman each time I need help - she is upbeat, kind and humble.
Jackie Lankford is the most helpful bank associate that I have ever dealt with my whole banking experience! I can come to her with small problems or big problems and she's always happy to help! I have had such a great experience with this bank!
