Great experience yesterday at Tim Marburger Honda. From the moment we got there, Brian Dixon GM was hands on and ready to help in every way. After finding the right car, we were helped by Devin in finance and he was friendly, helpful and not pushy.nnCouldn’t be happier with our purchase and our experience! So everything runs as slow here as everything else here in sleepy Albemarle. Third time I have brought my vehicle in for a concern and not be addressed however they do not mind charging. Went this morning. I called and made an appointment for an inspection and service and noise concern. Well a few months past I had the EXACT concern with the opposite side which was addressed and resolved. A few weeks later it started on the opposite side. I knew exactly what it was and that was my request. Well I understand they could not duplicate the concern because it was first thing in the morning. I was charged again a half hour labor for nothing and told if they noise appears come back. I drove all day and guess what.... there it was. I took the car back only to be told he may not get to it today. Thankfully the manager took it and immediately noticed the noise. His correction however was not as it was before. I then leave with no noise. And maybe drive 30 miles and there it is back. This is 3 trips I have made there and paid for absolutely nothing to be resolved. I cannot wait to get a survey. That’s all I will say. Thankfully the service manager was much more appropriate dealing with customers over the service advisor. I will never be back there. Never spend another dollar there. They may need to wake up and realize it’s a business and not a coffee shop. And not to mention the several faces around the dealership that pop up on moble patrol often.. time to go to a reliable and more dependable dealer which I trust. It sure will not be here!

Everything was great! Got me out of my Dodge Ram and into a 2020 Honda Accord. Jeremy was great in doing what he had to do to get me in a car. They were super fast when I got there and made me feel like I was the most important person in the dealership. Amazing service from the mechanics! I brought a Civic by to be checked out and even though they were closing the shop down pretty soon, they still took a look at the car and gave me some great insight. I really appreciate your work fellas!
