I eat here frequently, whether its delivery by doordash or drive thru service. Yesterday I ordered 3 large fries and all 3 were thrown away because they were undercooked. Today I ordered a large fry and once again very undercooked. I've worked in a fast food restaurant when I was younger so I know this can happen for many different reasons. So I called and asked to speak with the manager and it was the young lady that answered. I let her know that yesterday and today the fries were undercooked. And she basically blamed it on the new grease and assured me that the fries were cooked appropriately. I have ate at McDonald's since I was a child and anyone else that has ate McDonald's frequently will tell you there is a clear difference between fries that are cooked thoroughly and fries that are not. These fries were severely undercooked. I told her I didn't want my money back all I was doing was trying to let her know that the fries are not being cooked all the way. There's nothing worse than reaching out to a restaurant to give feedback and your met with someone who is argumentative and makes excuses.

So after I got off work @11PM I went to get something to eat. Wanted the new spicy chicken sandwich and the lady taking my order said they don’t make those after 11 cause they take too long to cook. Ok fine got something different. Got to the window and asked what time they close. They close at. So what was the issue with the chicken sandwich. Oh it takes 6 mins to cook. And that’s the rule. Are you kidding me? Then we get our food and the cheeseburger my husband ordered was cold as ice! Fries were disgusting. I mean if it’s this bad at night time they shouldn’t be open. They are selling straight trash at night time.

It all depends upon who is working as to the quality and overall experience that you will get while being here! Some really good days and some. . .not so good days. Lol!
