Having to wait in line for over 20 minutes to get to the speaker is unacceptable this was the night shift wont come back at night 1st shift is usually good though

Only grab and go for now. Given the current limitations, they are doing a great job.UPDATE Waited in drive thru order line while other line processed 3 orders. Never did get a response. So we left!!! Service has obviously fallen to a new low!!!
