Went to get my car serviced and everything was just fine. No problemsnwill be back when time to do it again.

I tried to call to ask a few questions and the lady spoke over me was rude & curt and practically hung up on me. Very unprofessional

I looked high and low to find a RAV4 XLE premium with the options that I wanted. Many other dealersnSaid that they could not find a vehicle like I was asking for. I search for over a week with no luck.nHowever, I came across the Deacon Jones Toyota web site and found what I wanted. When I called I was told that the vehicle I wanted had been sold.nJeff, the sales manager informed me that he may be able to find what I wanted at another dealer. Within 5 minutes he told me that he had found exactly what I wanted. 10 minutes later he informed me that he had negotiated a trade from another dealer to obtain the vehicle. By 5 PM the same day he had the vehicle at his dealership. I immediately drove the 40 miles to the dealership and made the trade.nJeff sold me the vehicle for over $3500 below msrp and made me a top dollar offer for my trade over the phone.nWhen I arrived at the dealership Jeff and salesman Ivey expedited the loan application and paperwork. I walked away with a good deal and a 0% loan for the vehicle.nThis dealership and their staff made the entire process easy and pain free.nAdditionally, I accidentally left a valuable item in my trade that evening. They secured the item for me and I went and retrieved it the next morning.nI highly recommend the Deacon Jones Toyota team in Clinton, North Carolina. The short drive saved me money as well as headaches. I will certainly go their way the next time I am in the market for a new Toyota.

Had a appointment to have oil changed for 2:00. My car didn't move until 3:15 than took an hour. What's the point of making an appointment!!! My time is valuable also. They made no excuses, no apologies or anything. They just wanted my money!!!!
