Owner of the business was very helpful. He was willing to talk me through a problem over the phone before charging me for a service call. Would absolutely call him back for any lock related issues.

Great service, he was out of town taking care of his mother, he went above and beyond to help me. Sent his son to program a key for my car since I lost my keys. Great service and professional. Will use again and highly recommended

My 84 year old grandfather with bad health locked his keys in his car at the laundromat yesterday and I called this place (the number listed on google) and there was no answer so I left a voicemail explaining the situation and asked him to please call me back ASAP. I never heard a word back from this place. That is Very unprofessional in my opinion. You should answer your business phone or at the very least call customers back as soon as possible, even if it’s just to let them know you are unavailable to do the job. According to google this is the only locksmith in the area and you can’t even get ahold of him when there is an emergency. I don’t have a car or I would have went to help my grandfather myself. Thankfully after hours of waiting for a call back from this company we were able to get in touch with my husband who was at work and he left work to go help my grandfather. I cannot speak to the quality of the work the company does, and I cannot speak about how the owner/employees treat you when dealing with them, or their prices, because I never even got to speak to them. As far as I know they may do amazing work and/or have great prices, I honestly don’t know. But I do know they didn’t bother to answer my phone calls or return them in an emergency situation. I find that unacceptable. Especially when it’s supposed to be a “open 24/7” business.

I left a message . My call was returned rather quickly. He went out of his way to come out at 9pm i have a 15 day old Premature baby and cant be with out my car . Very friendly my kid of poeple. Will definitely use again.

Have been using A1 Rutherford Locksmith going on 9 years and have been very satisfied with every work ordered that I have placed with them. They have delivered excellent service every time!!
