Took for ever to get food. A guy even had a chance to come back twice to get his food fixed because they kept messing up. Mind you he still got it fixed before i received my order. They got my friends order wrong i was traveling with. Then they said sweet tea is more expensive than a soft drink. Would not recommend to anyone trying stop and get food in a timely manner much less a correct order.

Ordered via the app as we were heading home from Greensboro as it's the halfway point between our doctors offices and home. Finished order and placed. Pulled up to curbside pickup shout entered the number inn the deep send we had our good inn our hands without ever getting out of the car in under five minutes. We had all been dying to try the new crispy chicken sandwich lineup and its as good as they say it is...tender juicy and mouthwateringly perfect they even got all of our special requests right. This is a very good McDonald's location and after being a general manager for McDonald's for fifteen years I know a good McDonald's operation when I see and experience one. These guys really do an awesome job of delivering all the jet hallmarks of a great customer service experience and they always get it right the first time....that's saying quite a bit for someone who had managed these restaurants for many years. Just can't thank you enough for offering great customer service even in these trying times with all of the extra protocols to follow with Covid-19 really making it hard for ask businesses to do business as usual but you all really succeed in taking care of each guest with great hospitality and quick service. Kudos for a job well done.

I wish I could give a no star review, I know it’s fast food but you really need to tighten down, I’ve never been their and gotten what I ordered or met some one at the drive thru with a decent attitude.

ALWAYS ALWAYS, rushed at the drive thru window!! They will cut you before done ordering.nForgets the juice & bbq sauce in the happy meals every visit. Horrible customer service. & Poor management!nI will drive to the next McDonald’s before coming back to this one!!Left is pulled up for 20mins,worry more about your customers rather than that timer!!!
