This was a wonderful car buying experience. I had made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and was greeted at the door by the sales manager, Jean, and Ashley Quinn was my salesperson. I was able to test drive three trucks without any pressure to buy. Ashley was very helpful throughout the entire process, knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly in presenting different vehicles to buy. Jean was great in working with me to find the car payment I desired that was within my budget. Once the entire process was finished, I was able to ring the gong in the showroom and everyone clapped. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle. They are very nice and will work for you.
Originally we got a call and we asked about a specific car they said yes they had it. We explained we were driving a long distance to get to the dealer so I wanted to be extra sure and not waste my time. Wekl we get there and that wasn't the case. The dealer came to us and was very truthful and helped us get into a newer nicer car. Mr Fox was very honest and him and his manager helped us get into a brand new car.
The front desk clerk Customer Service Skills were superb and people friendly. The Maintenance Service Tech went above and beyond his duty to take me on a service ride show and ensure me that the problem was fixed. He is to be Commended for the extra efforts he made in assuring me that the issues were solved. Thanks for your concerns and attention to details.
I went knowing exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what I got! My sales person was awesome he was so nice and made me feel like I was important and treated me with respect! I'm extremely happy with my service and don't plan on going anywhere else to buy another vehicle. Thank you for being so great with customer service
Our salesperson Amanda Locklear was very friendly and knowledgeable of Carson the lot. She was courteous and respectful. Did not take long to put my son in a car that fit his personality. His first car experience was great. Next time we need a car will definitely go to Peterson Toyota
