The reception staff were very professional as well as cheery. They listened to my concerns with my Tacoma. Once the technician had diagnosed the problem as an extended warranty item that Toyota recognized as a potential problem, they ordered the parts for the repair. I left my truck over night, they received the parts the next morning, and the truck was ready for pickup by 2 pm.nThe truck no longer has that loud whining noise when driven. I could not be any more satisfied than with the services provided or the staff.nMy truck is nearly 12 years old. Toyota knew of the potential for this problem and they fixed it at no charge. I am a happy camper.
Horrible car buying experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be lied to. Salesman promised me floor mats for a used vehicle I bought because it didn’t have any. Days and weeks of me calling and messaging and no response, he didn’t have to lie I would’ve still bought the car... THEIR WORD IS NOT THEIR BOND!
Mr Peterson was very professional, funny and extremely nice. We are and always have been a Toyota family, (he and I are not related but he definitely treated me as family). Mr. Peterson made the experience even more pleasant. Amazing group of people to do business with.
