Excellent service. With the first appointment of the day, they were open on time and happily greeted me. My vehicle was taken in right away and the service was completed in a timely manner. I've always had the best of service from Lumberton Chevrolet's Quick Lube. I'm definitely a happy customer.
My in-laws met Bill Shotwell at the beach while vacationing with us. They were so impressed with his integrity and kindness that they came from Ohio to purchase a car. The car was delivered to our house in Raleigh with a full training session on all the features. Their old car was taken away. The easiest car purchase for them and us. The Enclave was impressive as was the customer service delivered by Billy’s team.
Fast service, got me in as soon as I walked in to check in. The customer service was efficient & friendly. The prices were reasonable; I even got a slight discount. The waiting area was perfectly situated for social distancing. The let me know anything they found wrong; which was due to a plug in my tire they refused to rotate that side & not put that tire on the front. I was completely satisfied with my visit & will continue to be a loyal Lumberton Chevrolet customer!
We had a great experience here. It was so laid back and easy. Wish every buying experience would be like this. Lee is the true deal maker. The entire staff was over the top excellent. Thank you all very much.
From the ladies at the service department to Donald Britt to the young man that put my license plate bracket on, I couldn’t ask for better, more friendly service. Everyone I dealt with was very respectful, kind and courteous from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
