We were having issues with getting our car service corrected after a previous visit and were frustrated at the wait time and Dwayne the service manager reached out to us as we waited and made sure to make it right for us. He went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed done before we left. He was apologetic about the wait and really was very sweet about making sure we left safe and happy with our service today. Thank u Dewayne
I was extremely disappointed in the management. The salesman who helped us out was really nice, but we had looked at a car on their website and when we had went to talk numbers about the car, they wanted almost 3k more than what the website had listed. They didn’t even want to honor the mistake that they had made, especially because the price had been the same for at least two weeks. Management wouldn’t budge on the price which was also extremely disappointing because what are you expecting when you go to a car lot where they don’t put prices on the cars. You’re believing what the website says, it’s your fault you made the mistake.
Very poor customer service experience. Picked out a car and was approved, got insurance on the car, made the down payment and signed all the paperwork. Then at the very last minute the sales team tried pulling some sneaky car dealer tricks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
