For two days in a row, December 22nd and December 23rd, 2020, I waited in line at the Wells Fargo Bank in Lumberton North Carolina for over 45 minutes just to make a deposit. Today, the 23rd, I waited OVER AN HOUR in line!! The parking lot is full of people in line for the drive-in and ATM & some people are waiting out in the street but nothing moves. There is one cashier at the window taking care of all these customers so so slowly. Something must be terribly wrong with this bank. I have never seen anything like this in my life before. After yesterday it seems there would be more cashiers at the windows at least. What could be wrong??

It's pretty much your basic bank. No ones going to go out their way to help you. We decided to use wells fargo because we needed a bank we could go to in person and our old bank we could not. Do NOT expect any deposit early unless it's a holiday or weekend. That won't happen. I suggest using another bank if you want a better bankingezperuence because wells fargo sucks.

Customer service at the lumberton location is horrible. Theres always a wait and no where to sign in, eventually theyll walk around with a clipboard taking names and wanting to discuss why your there in front of everyone. Mostly older women who are slow and you'll watch them not helping anyone and just pacing back and forth. Its unorganized and unprofessional.im super glad I no longer am with them. I got here with two people in front of me at 9:08am and they took my name at 9:56. It's now 1025 and they only took one person back.

Came in on 11/06/18 to make a wire transfer to close on our house. I was told someone would come out and greet me shortly. After waiting 15 min with no response or acknowledgement, I left. I went to another Wells Fargo to conduct my business. I'm a 9 year customer of Wells Fargo and I have never been treated so rudely by being ignored as I was in Lumberton, N.C, Never again!!

THEY WILL RESTRUCTURE YOUR DEPOSITS TO CREATE FEES .... THEY PUT MY CORPORATE PAYROL CHEKC ON HOLD AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ACCES FOR TWO BANKING DAYS ... I RECCOMEND ANY OTHER BANK EXCEPT THESE GUYS .....THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE GONE IN AND PRINTED MY DAILY ACTIVITY AND CAUGHT THEM RED HANDED AT RESTACKING THE ORDER AND PLACING HOLDS ON DEPOSITS TO CREATE FEES ..AND IF YOU LIKE PRINTING ACTIVITY REPORTS ANY TIME YOU CAOUNT GETS LOW EVERY SINGLE DAY TO KEEP THEM STRAIGHTAND HEARING OVER AND OVER AND OVER I AM SORRY THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT LET ME TRANSFER YOU ON SOME REDICULOUS MERRY GO ROUND OF BLOW OFF AFTER BLOW OFF ....THE TELLER COULD NOT DISTINGUISH THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY EMPLOYER DIRECTLY DEPOSITING MY PAY FROM HIS CORPORATE ACCOUNT DIRECTLY DEPOSITED TO MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT ...IT WAS FLAGGED AS A THIRD PARTY PERSONAL CHECK BY THIRD PARTY DEPOSIT ... THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MANY HEATED CONVERSATIONS I AM GOINIG TO HAVE TO STRAIGHTEN THIS ONE OUT AND NOBODY AT THAT BANK CAN EVER DO ANYTHING ....DEPOSIT ELSEWHERE ......RUN TO ANOTHER BANK OR BETTER YET CREDIT UNION .
