Gimmie all the coffee! Drinks are always correct! Cake pops are so fun!
Charges extra for wanting no ice in drinks, with the worst customer service!
The last multiple times I have come here for coffee I have waited in line for way too long. It doesn't matter if there are two people or four behind the counter or if there are two people in line or 20. They move so slow and seem extremely inefficient. Someone needs to train these employees on how to at least pretend to care about how long its taking. Impatient customers will be much more understanding if they see you trying. They give off the impression that they don't want to be there. I ended up leaving the line after 20 min and only one person getting their coffee.
When improvements come things start to fall into place and this location is a prime example of just that! 7 months ago I would have not recommended this location however now I do, the new staff is friendly and actually paid attention on as of how to make the drinks! Go by and check them out!
Good coffee. Good staff. Convenient - inside Ingles supermarket.
