I keep my kids in this school cause academic wise it's awesome. And on the children's level they love it.
But as a parent level it is very poor. The lack of the communication with administration - teacher than to parents is VERY poor! And the unprofessionalism with the principal and front office people, when a parent has an issue or concern is mind blowing! And than they are always very short, and rude with you every time you go in, after addressing your concern or issue to them. You get by far more professionalism with McDonald's management than you will with the administration at Scholar Academy. If you have any questions, issues or concerns you might as well go straight to the board of education, cause that's where you'll end up having to do in the end anyways.
I go to this school it's nice to be there.
I love this school but my kid won't stop complaining about Mrs steffeney someday she will even cry and Mrs mcgory, Mrs admens although a great school
I think homework and projects should be more spread out and not all at once other than the stress and work it's a pretty good school.
Great school with a very positive learning environment. Moved our kids here from another charter school and we've had zero regrets. They've come to realize that learning can be fun and exciting. We've loved the many activities and learning opportunities they provide beyond the standard school day.
