To say they are slow would be an insult to sloths. Slow slow slow. And there is no excuse for it. They are so slow that I decided to change banks. Seriously.nnEdit: The bank quickly responded about the slowness. But it is too late. When I was last there, no car moved in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes. That is unacceptable. I don't want an apology; I want the problem fixed.nnEdit 2: I went Thursday morning to make a deposit. I got there early. I was fourth in line. I did not leave until 9:35. The problem was that there was only one teller for the entire drive-through. The solution is quite simple - Hire three times as many people! You should have seen the line behind me when I left. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Since Covid the service at the Benvenue branch has taken a nose dive. The worst beach in Rocky Mount! The tellers are extremely slow at the drive through and recently become very rude. Impossible to make a quick trip on your lunch hour because you sit in line for so long. There is no excuse for this! I personally have worked at a bank, both on a teller line and the drive through and never taken so long to complete a transaction. They usually have four lanes open and still takes at a minimum 30 minutes to clear. They apparently do not have enough focus on getting customers out in a timely fashion. I generally have 2 simple deposits and they take FOREVER. You can never get anyone on the phone, everything is automated. When you select 0 to speak to an actual person they are always busy assisting other customers. Frustrating.nI recently started going to the Sunset Avenue branch, but for some reason they now are temporarily closed. As a result I limit my visits to the Benvenue branch as much as possible or send my husband.nMy time is is valuable to me and I refuse to sit in my car waiting for their sorry tellers....nI would NOT recommend opening any accounts at Wells Fargo and have made it my personal goal to pull everything out of there as quickly as I can.nI would have given them zero stars not that’s not a option.

This bank has the worst customer service ever. They do not care at all about a customer. Its not the ridiculous wait times but the ridiculous excuses for making every visit as hard as they possibly can. And God help you if you have a diability

I am sorry but if your organization has still not adjusted their operations to start returning to providing services its time for them to declare bankruptcy. If you are a customer, get your money now and find a professional bank. Thank goodness I was not able to open an account, I cannot imagine how they treat you when you become a customer.

Benvenue branch is a joke. Drive through service is ridiculous. I understand the covid situation. That is all the more reason to have the Sunset branch open at least for drive through service. At least the tellers there know what they are doing.
