McDonald's

Tonight made several times I have went to this location and every time I go you have to wait at the order box forever before they ask to take your order. When I go I order a good bit well the fries we ordered were completely cold they said they didn’t have ice cream said the machine was messed up. So I had to go to Burger King to get the ice cream. I came back cause the fries were cold when I pulled up to the window the girl wasn’t wearing a mask at all she didn’t even apologize for anything they wanted me to pull up and I told them no I had waited long enough and they cooked fresh fries and then I look over and they made ice cream and milkshakes for themselves after they just said the machine wasn’t working and I had to go across the street. The other girl that was working in the window was taking a order and the girl I just told my issue to goes and leans over to her and then she starts looking over at me and then their crew starts laughing and looking. When she brought my fries to the window she didn’t apologize for anything and didn’t even say thank you she just stuck the bag out and handed it to me. I spend too much money at this location to be treated so unprofessionally! I’m very unhappy with this experience and will not be back to this McDonald’s! They need some new people or taught how to work with the public. I know how it’s suppose to be ran I worked here for 4 years and this is just a messy business. I hope the next has a better experience than I did

expect delays and waits during peak hours or ran the best but they get the job done. I'd skip this one and go to old fort McDonalds any day. I have had multiple problems at this location

Not getting food that was ordered, cold food. Also last 2 weeks no lattes or sundaes. Whats up mcds? Wonder if the owner knows this stuff. Not gonna eat here again.

Waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes (typical for this McDonald's). Get home, excited to eat my quarter pounder only to see that it's totally wrong and cold!!! When I say cold... It just came out of the fridge cold! I used to visit this one at least once a day for breakfast or a late lunch but NO MORE! I'll just drive a little bit further to the one over by Food lion!

Stood in lobby 15 minutes waiting to order, tried to be understanding, gave management Laura a heads up we were getting 40pcs family while we was waiting so when computer came back up. Ended having to leave family in lobby and had to go through the drive thru. Then they tried to park me for nuggets, while my family was still in lobby! And I had given them plenty of notice to drop the nuggets. Once I got the food and my husband let me back in lobby, management offers free cups of water! Never again will I stop there when traveling!!!!!
