VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER APPLYING FOR HOME MORTGAGE AND BEING APPROVED ITS BEEN THREE AND HALF MONTHS AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT A RUNAROUND WE HAVE LETTERS SAYING ARE INSURANCE HAS BEEN CHANGED ON THE 12 OF JAN AND ARE CLOSING DATE WAS JAN 19TH. WE HAVE SENT THE SAME INFO BY EMAIL TO SIX DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND ALSO GIVE TO BANK PERSONNEL AT OWR BRANCH WE HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES MOST WITH NO ANSWER WAS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO BY ED HE WOULD CALL BACK THAT DAY NEVER HAPPENED NOW WE ARE LOOKING TO USE ANOTHER BANK AND WE WANT OWR FEES BACK THAT WE WAS TOLD WOULD COME OUT AT CLOSING BUT HAD TO PAY ANYWAY I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL COUNCIL IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED BY 2/15
