Worst service ever. Phone rings off the hook day after day. The marion branch is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had in my life. Go across the street if you want to be taking care of and want excellent customer service.

Went in early to Wells Fargo in Marion NC to meet about a business loans and have some questions answered. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and she made me an appointment. I was there early for the meeting. I was approached by Courtney and she asked “what do you need”? I explained I had an appointment about a SB loan and at the time I did not know she was whom I needed to speak with. I said if you are Courtney then I have an appointment with you at 12. She replied “ that’s the first I have heard of it” so I shrugged it off and went in her office and she then asked when I had called to make appointment, I said I had made it earlier with a lady in another office. She replied well I was at lunch so what do you need. I then said “ you and I have nothing to talk about and walked out. I have had my business account with Wells Fargo from the start but will not be there after this. I do not expect to be treated like I bother you on when you chose the job you have.
Have always had a good customer service experience here.
Great location! Easy access and exit! Nice people to work with and quite accommodating!
