WORST experience ever. I'm new to Starbucks. I have not been there much because think they are overpriced and over-hyped. Tried an online order to make it easier. NOT. Drive through service only -- Not even anyone to handle those people who bothered to order online and make it easy for them. Wont return, that's for sure.

Need more professional staff. Some of them are friendly, however today I went to get a drink remade and the cashier was rude muttered “ew” while appearing to look in my general direction. No one seemed to pay her much mind so she looked like a thought anyways. However I consider myself fresh. I dress very well and take care of my hygiene so this made no sense lol. Secondly, that’s pathetic customer service.

on October 14, 2020 @ 4:15 pm I ordered two shot Espresso (my everyday drink for the last 30 years). And guess what they gave me a little regular coffee look like Espresso. I work at Westport rd and open my coffee add some sugar and it was so sweet I tasted again is no the same I looked at it and it was not my Espresso. Now I’m so disappointed how can anyone make mistake like that. I call the manager and ask why he said I don’t know but you can come and I’ll fix it. I went back and gave me the same thing. What’s this? He said Oh sorry the Espresso machine is acting weird. They wasted my time and took me for granted. No more Starbucks 30 years are enough.

I get it, we are in the midst of a pandemic BUT when you pull up to a Starbucks (that should technically be open) only to find it closed and employees trying hard not to make eye contact with you through the window it’s a bit annoying.nThe signage is a joke. The drive thru is blocked by cones and they have a sign in front of the cafe door telling patrons to use the drive thru. Come on. (Insert eye roll) I won’t be coming back to this location. Thanks but no thanks.

The parking lot & set up of this store are extremely inconvenient and I dread going to this starbucks because it stresses me out knowing there is no telling the crowded-ness and massive line there is. The girls here are extremely rude as well and never get my orders right. I avoid going to this one and its 2 mins from my house which sucks because I have to go to a different one.
