Raleigh North Carolina Temple

Beautiful building, but the cult rituals were a little traumatizing. They were suspiciously similar to Freemason rituals I saw on TV. An improvement that could be made would be so that my wife doesn't need to have a sheet over her face the whole time. And I think the secret handshakes they showed us lacked creativity. I was there for the open house, and it's a kinda small temple but it's still beautiful and peaceful. Only downside is it's a 3 hour drive from where I am haha

What an amazing place! The temple building is gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and clear. I was able to go inside back in September for the Temple Open House, and the spirit in there is unlike anything else. I love being there! Definitely give it a visit!

There's no better place to go in the world than the temple, whether a member of the church or not you can feel peace when you are in it's vicinity. Truly the House of the Lord. Also the stained glass on the Raleigh temple is gorgeous!!!
