Requested and paid for a title search on 10/13/20 for a possible real estate investment. I was told it would take no longer than two weeks. I decided to call and check the status today since it’s been three weeks and I hadn’t heard from anyone. I was conveniently on the “list” to call today and discuss. I inquired about the time frame that was originally agreed upon and was told today that it usually takes at least two weeks for them to get the information needed. Well it’s been three and I had to call them. A simple courtesy call, after the two week period, to update me on the status would have been greatly appreciated.

Stephenson and Stephenson handled the closing when I was buying my house, they’re all really great people. I also had my LLCs filed by then. Deirdre and April are both great, they’re very professional, I’d recommend them to anyone.

I was in a position that confused me greatly, regarding some property that was left to me, and Deirdre and April not only explained all the legal aspects with tact, they made me feel at ease regarding all legal aspects of the situation I was in. I have had the opportunity to be in court along side, adverse to, referred to, been referred by, and generally have had the pleasure of knowing the attorneys here for several years. They are top notch attorneys all the way around, and I would not hesitate to hire them or send a trusted family member or friend to them because I know they will be taken care of.
