Eddie Winstead has been handling my father's estate. This firm is uncooperative, they lie. Had to hire my own attorney just to get what's mine. I don't recommend this firm for any business practices.

My wife was the seller in the transaction. There was more than one title company involved for the settlement. This law firm didn't do a good job communicating with my wife's title company. We wanted the funds wired to our bank account and filled out paperwork with this guidance. This is normal protocol for a settlement. The day of closing my wife gets a call that the check is ready for pickup. She requested the funds wired and they said they don't wire to a personal bank account ud83eudd14 ud83dude24. They charge $150 to wire to the other title company. The long and short this is a terrible practice and robbery of unnecessary additional junk fee. If receiving your money promptly it is best to select a different title company.
