Solid gym, great programing. The people who attend the classes are from all walks of life and are at different skill levels so you'll always feel welcomed.
The gym has recently come under new ownership and I can’t say enough about the programming and vision. Curt and holly are 100% invested in each individual’s goals and success. The atmosphere is welcoming and all of the athletes are just as excited as you for every gain. Give it a try.

Have been a part of the Anderson Creek family for the past two years. The coaches have been very helpful in my journey to become a better athlete. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you're at, they help you improve yourself in every workout.
Positive, encouraging atmosphere to get a great workout! New owners have made a lot of improvements and are excited to work with athletes of all ability levels. I started here 2 years ago knowing nothing about crossfit and have enjoyed the knowledgeable trainers and supportive members.
