The Sanford NC location goes above and beyond to ensure its customers are safe during their visit. They constantly ensure everyone where’s a mask while working out, their team is wiping and restocking cleaning products to make sure they are available. Not everyone that comes into the facility likes to follow the rules, they handle each situation in a professional manner. I would like to mention one of the team members, April for handling some those difficult customers with professionalism.
Rik is a very positive, motivating and helpful trainer. Very reliable individual! The staff is a little shy but very respectful, courteous and always share a warm greeting with the gym members!
I love this gym! I have been a planet fitness black card member off and on for the last 6 years and it is by far my favorite gym. I have used planet fitness all over north carolina and Sanfords planet fitness is by far my favorite! The staff are so wonderful and personable, it is one of my favorite parts of my day ❤ just walking in I feel welcomed and motivated to get my best workout! Thank you Sanford Planet fitness staff for making such a positive impact on my days!
Planet fitness is excellent. It is the safe, clean, and welcoming just like prior times before the pandemic. The environment isn’t over crowded and sanitation is constant.
I appreciate all that is done to ensure the safety of the members. The staff is professional and courteous. Fantastic job
