Our first time camping and hiking there. The new campground is about six months old. The sites are level, they have great spacing between them, and are kept very clean. Currently there is only one bath house, but it is in great condition. The showers are clean and the water is hot. We hiked the fish trap trail, and it was in good condition and well maintained. We will absolutely be going back.

Really cool part for the middle of nowhere. Some of my favorite parts were driving through the random country roads to get there. But truly the park itself was great and had awesome trails. Beautiful in the fall which is when we went. Unbelievable that rocks come out of the surface of the ground in an area like this. The kids have loved it and we've gone back multiple times. Worth the hike for sure.

What a hidden gem! Love the cabins here. Cabins are heated and cooled and have electricity. Public bathhouse was very clean and park rangers were incredibly helpful. Will absolutely return when the weather warms up!

As a former rock climber, I always love to go out and look at some formations. I didn't get the best look when I went out here in January, it was snowing and I happened to get there late in the afternoon. The river was pretty interesting, coming from the deep south I have actually never seen a river freeze. Along the side of the rock formations, there were also rows of icicles that were pretty neat. Wouldn't recommend wandering too far late at night though (obviously) it can be a long hike if you get lost and it took me a while to get back to my car. I would definitely come back in the day, probably when it is warm too.

Took a hike here with my daughter. This park was beautiful and very clean. There are several trail options with varying distances and terrains. We took the Raven Rock Trail. We felt safe along the trail. We can't wait to come back to see the views in Spring when things are in bloom and in Autumn when the leaves change.
