Fayetteville RV Resort & Cottages

This Rv park is 30 minutes north of Fayetteville. People in office are courteous and available week days until 4pm. They are implementing no contact reservations. However there are a few issues. Lousy internet with intermittent connection. As well as sand in the water hookup which can cause low water pressure. They also have a waiting list for long term or homestead sites. I gave them an arrival date of Dec 18th. Got a call in Nov saying they can fulfill our request but they only hold a site for two weeks and unless we were willing to pay for a week we won’t be here we would lose our reservation. After arriving on Dec 18th (a Friday) I went into the office on Monday asking for a different site as I noticed several open sites along the tree line that offer more privacy and grass, (for dog and grand babies) was told those sites were being held for people possibly returning. Huh? Been here 3 weeks now and no returning people. Yet I was charged for a week I wasn’t here....nOn a brighter note, this park has great amenities, such as miniature golf, playground, horseshoes, and woodsy trails. It also has a great work out gym and laundry/shower facilities. (New bath and laundry is being installed on homesteading side of park.) Hopefully they will post one of new washers and dryers for pet bedding. Have not used the pools (closed from Oct to May) or the Clubhouse (still closed for Covid)?They keep the park cleaned and roads well maintained.

One of the nieces rv parks we have stayed in. A reasonable price for a great park. I will return and stay on our way back to Florida. The pads are level and are a true pull thru. The grass looks like a golf course.

Our overnight stay was wonderful. Warm fire at night and Great pancakes for breakfast. One of the cleanest and well manicured campgrounds I have ever visited. The staff is excellent, friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Will visit again.

Very, very nice RV park. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The grounds are very well kept and all sites are pull through. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, when I took my 12 lb dog to the dog park she wiggled her way between the bars. My dog is a runner but thankfully I was able to grab her before she ran off. Later when I was out for a walk I noticed the metal bars at the front were broken. I think if these were fixed the dog park would be a safe place for your dog to run and explore.

Fabulous clean and well maintained RV resort. We needed a place for just one night while headed south, we chose this place as it was so close to interstate 95 and wish we could have stayed longer. It is clean well maintained and very easy to park in there pull through sites. We will return.
