Request a response 2 times over a week plus ago and no replynGot my husbands meal wrong and we didn’t notice till we got home which was as a good drive away.nService is a typical what you would expect from a regular fast food chainnBut not to have received a reply yet just says how they value their customersnYour just another dollar and see it as if they lose a customer who caresnWhich is sad because I love Wendy’s it used to be my go to spot!nnIt is now under new management and I have received a reply and a offer to make things right! It was greatly appreciated by the new management Corey if I’m correct! So that’s appreciated

Generally speaking they've got good food. Not fast unless you go through the drive through. They don't care about front counter. They took about 25 minutes for the whole trip and they expected a 63 year old disabled veteran to stand the entire stay verses her sitting in a chair, because they're to lazy to go out to the lobby and wash tables and chairs. Absolutely the last time I'll ever visit this location.

Always have enjoyed the Chilli at Wendy's, but as of late it's so salty the dogs want eat it and the baked potatoes are cold. Whoever is in charge needs to take control. Don't usually post negative comments, but enough is enough. Don't plan on going back for a while, hope they can fix their issues.
