Biscuitville

Our first time at a Biscuitville. We had a breakfast through their drive through. Very similar to Chick Fil A service but with (dare I say) a better breakfast! I loved the spicy honey chicken sandwich.

Did not fall short. Fresh and everything I was hoping it to be. Order was spot on and the employees were amazing and nice. Almost chickfila vibe. Great job

I gave a 1 rating not for the food that's a 5. How you treat your employees and customers deserve a 1. Who makes kids stand outside in the rain to take orders? The company decided they needed to cut cost on tents at their expense? It's raining in my car while my order is being taken. If we could pull to the window asking menu questions wouldn't be a weather problem. Shame on you for treating your employees like umbrellas.ud83dude2d

Two of the girls here absolutely made my day! I don't know their names, but it was a tall girl with pretty eyes, and a girl with pigtail braids outside taking orders in the drive-thru. The girl with pigtails ran over before we drove forward just to stop us and tell me she liked my outfit, and it might seem small and it just absolutely made my day! One act of kindness can really brighten someone up and doesn't take much effort. I wish I knew their names so I could give proper credit to these lovely girls. As someone in customer service, I know it can be trying but being kind is all it takes sometimes. Also, the muffin was warmed before it was brought to us and my sister was very happily surprised haha. The people here are good examples of southern hospitality, so good job Biscuitville peoples!
