This firm ruined my life. They told me what I wanted to hear, and as soon as they had my $3,000 they abandoned me and hung me out to dry. They are con artists in every sense of the word. I was able to recover some of my money by complaining to the bar about their billing practices and I would suggest anyone reading this who has likewise been taken advantage of by these people to do the same. Do not use this firm.

BEWARE: After a full month of back and forth, all required documents provided, contact signed and fee agreed upon, this attorney has just dropped my case for an unspecified reason. Ms. Kim Carpenter was treated with respect, provided with everything she asked for in a timely manner and to my knowledge there was nothing to cause this- it came out of the blue. This “professional” doesn’t even deem me worthy a phone call: She did this to me through her assistant and by email.nnNow I’ve less than 2 weeks to find and replace attorney service. Since it took 30 days just to get to this point, basically she’s left me with no hope of retaining representation, no idea why, and it’s likely I’ll be losing every I’ve worked 15 years of my life for. As a business professional for 35 year myself, I find this treatment reprehensible.nnIf zero stars were an option, I’d use that. CLIENT BEWARE!
