I have been attempting to get ahold of this attorney‘s office for months and months now. Mr. Lay's wife assured me that after having terrible communication from them previously that she would be personally handling my case and that conversation was the last I was able to reach her. I paid them in full over a year ago to handle some legal work and I have not heard a word since. I have left dozens of messages in which case their answering machine at one time stated they were moving. I have called Frank’s personal phone and now the office phone is a repetitive voicemail response that does not allow for you to leave a message. I am beyond frustrated and upset that I paid them the money upfront and trusted that they would take care of me and my legal needs. Do not use these people... my experience with them has been a complete headache and now I'm going to have to pay double what it would have cost me since I'm going to have to hire another attorney.

Two rules that you should go by if you are thinking about hiring this guy to represent you...1 Do Not believe anything he tells you. 2 Do Not pay this guy anything up front even if he writes you a detailed receipt explaining what services you will be provided. Just speaking from experience.
