Perfect.. all an individual needs. Well kept, Clean and not overcrowded.
I needed help getting my treadmill back in usable condition. I found Scott who came out and worked on it for me at a reasonable price. He was super friendly and gave me some good tips on maintenance, as well as exercise. I am now on my way to losing 25 lbs. :-) Thank you Scott!
Great place to work out and no time limits on when u go as it's open 24 7 making it easyer for families with a busy schedule to have time to go the owner is super nice guy not every big so not as many free weights but equipment is usually well maintained.
Great gym and we love to support family owned businesses.
Very clean and well equipped fitness center with excellent staff.
