McDonald's

The dining room looks great after the remodel. Food was fresh and promptly handed out. Service was genuinely friendly and professional.

Working nights, I often come by between 2 and 4am to be greeted with rude service and/or the claim that their system is down for the new day. From what I gather this isn't supposed to happen till later at 4am or last 2 whole hours. I'm so tired of this and just want to eat, not have a joy ride around the building twice to watch the employees smoke in a circle.

I mean, it's a McDonald's. My only issue is that they don't seem to know how to use the app coupons. They handle it differently each time and I've only gotten my item at the correct price 1 out of my last ~5 trips, and that's only because i asked for a manager, who was admittedly very nice about the situation.

I have gone here for the past 3 mornings between 2:30 am and 3:30am to get food and they say “our system is down for change over to the next morning sorry. And once we change over we can only sell breakfast.” Per the store hours this isn’t supposed to happen till 4am. It’s says overnight menu will be served til 3:59am. Can you just do you job and serve food at the correct time. Sounds like a bunch of lazy employees. Not to mention when I go most of them are standing outside smoking.

I guess it's cause of covid-19. But hours and menu options keep changing. Loved a country ham bagel. Both are no longer a option.
