With the rush of people getting haircuts I thought it would be hard to be seen but, I went to Alexis and she did a fantastic job. Was really friendly, fast, and great at what she does. Her and her co-worker made the environment really fun even with seeming like they were short staffed. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks
FIRST TIME I SHOWED THEY DID A GOOD JOB. SO I BOOKED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND THEY GAVE IT AWAY FOR WALK-IN CUSTOMER!!! THEY SET ME UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT TODAY, I WAITED 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE AND NONE OF THE EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ANYONE I KNEW HOW HORRIBLE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HOPE THE OWNER SEE THIS MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.
